Flood at a Tool and Die Manufacturer

Six
months after a pervasive flood, an automotive supplier in the Midwest was
still unaware of the total extent of the loss. Our knowledge of machine
operations led us to examine for hidden equipment damages where others
wouldn't know to look. Critical way surfaces were rusted, a ball screw
corroded, and the 60,000-pound machine base had to be removed and reground
due to corrosion. The client is ecstatic - busy production schedules can be
maintained, and these restoration services will prevent costly repairs at
some date in the future.
