Fire Disaster Recovery

TODAY AT CONTINENTAL MACHINERY

Continental employees are currently working large power plant projects in South Texas and western Pacific Ocean locations. One project involves flooding; the second one explosion and subsequent fire. Inventories, damage assessment, scope of repair and valuation activities are currently in process.

Continental employees recently completed work at a defense contractor in Maryland operating over 30 precision CNC machine tools. Emergency cleaning and repair activities were begun shortly after the fire and long term permanent repair recommendations, which included replacement of many machines allowed the insured to restore production to pre-loss capacities.
