When first contacted, Continental will travel to the site and conduct an initial site assessment and evaluation. Recommendations will be made regarding damage mitigation and equipment inventory will be generated.
Continental is also available to perform equipment repair and replacement to assure all equipment operates properly to pre-loss conditions. Commissioning of equipment is conducted to assure all items operate to manufacturer specifications.
Continental will manage all aspects of the remediation process hiring sub-contractors as required.
When necessary, Continental personnel will assist with various claim resolution methods, including mediation, appraisal, and legal proceedings.
